The Situation
Centuries after events involving the "greatest generation," as the Saiyan Kakarot's generation has now been dubbed, their line is threatened as a result of a possible massacre of the ever growing race known as the Hybrid Saiyans. Though more powerful than the average human, these Hybrid Saiyans have had their power diminish over time as their Saiyan DNA is diluted by the Human DNA.
Residing on Earth's moon, now converted into "New Vegeta," these Hybrid Saiyans, consisting of a dozen are equal to, if not inferior in power to pure blood Namekians, despite this, however, they are the most powerful beings in the Milky Way Galaxy, aside from Lord Deragth and his minions.
Earth itself has long ago been occupied by a corrupted Kai; Deragth and his otherworldly army, taking the life of its' guardian; Dende in the process. The lookout is where Deragth now resides, as below the Earth is managed by his right hand man; Krayt who's motto is; Everything is permitted. Earth is now a home of murder, robbery and crime, a vision of the long dead King Piccolo now a reality.
Though despite the Earth being in disarray, the Humans have somehow survived, living alongside the demons that now inhabit the planet.
Namek remains peaceful, but a dark cloud looms over it, as it is believed that once in a million years, a crisis far beyond imagination will occur... As the Dragonballs on Namek... have cracked...
But what of Kakarot's line? Some say it disappeared long ago after Goku Junior, others say it continues on, and is conjoined with the Hybrid Saiyans. Nobody truly knows, but most look to the recently evacuated Mount Pa, where it is said that the great Kakarot once resided, none have ever dared approach the Mountain, lest they be killed by "the spirit of an angered Kakarot." None have ever returned to explain this popular rumor suggesting the return of Kakarot.
There have been sightings of strange orange balls, with stars inside... How could this be? The guardian is dead! Could there be another force in the works?
Indeed; Earth is now a Hell
