School is back in session.
But, what does that mean? It means summer vacation is over It means no more laying around on the beach trying to get a tan, no more. It means no more ice cream. No more skating competitions. No more sleeping in until noon. No more watching TV for ten hours where the toughest chore is to see what’s on. No more countless days shopping at the shops. No more camps. No more limitless nights awake with the friends and family laughing. It means homework has been readied and is prepared to get started on. It means its time to set up the cliques again. It means it’s time for parents to throw a party. Time for teachers to give us those dirty looks. It means it’s time to settle down and get our heads into the books. It means it’s time to get ready to learn.
