Red and White Outfit
Weapons: A flower fan from the old days and a longsword.
Personality: Chipper as can be, Xiao has always been the brighter and more daring of the two Qiaos. She's very kind and gentle, but also playful. Her outlook on life is very positive, choosing to see more light in the world than darkness. She's also fairly trusting, which can be a problem should someone plan misuse it. Another trait which may be a flaw is her recklessness, she can sometimes be too brave and head into battle or some other dangerous situation against advice. With her husband, Zhou Yu, Xiao is affectionate and loving, caring for him when wounded.
History: Born the twin sister of Da Qiao to their father, Patriarch Duke Qiao of the Southlands. The two Qiaos were rumored some of the most beautiful women in the land, having to live up to many expectations. Xiao, while gentle and sweet, was more the reckless and adventurous child growing up. While her sister enjoyed more quiet activities, Xiao loved to ride horses, train for battle, and dance. At the young age of 15, Xiao was arranged for marriage with the Wu general, Zhou Yu. Her sister Da also married a Wu general, Sun Ce. While most arranged marriages were unhappy, Xiao quickly fell in love with the handsome Zhou Yu. Not long after the marriage, Xiao joined her new husband in battles for Wu's territorial expansion.
Time and time again the couple fought side by side, defending each other and admiring each others skill. Xiao displayed a near obsession for wanting to impress her husband, to make him happy and proud of her. This however got her into trouble from time to time, heading too far into enemy forces just to take down officers and generals, then ending up in the need to be rescued. Xiao preferred a feminine but harsh pair of fans as weapons, known for an almost dance-like fighting style as she beat through soldiers. Her grace was only matched by that of her sister, Da. But over time, Xiao learned from Zhou to use a longsword in case of armored opponents.
To this day, Xiao supports her husband in all that he asks of her, fighting bravely at his side for the glory of Wu.
