Personality: Yong believs faithlessly in his predictions. Aside from his zealous belief, he is internally kind at heart, despite his outer visage being a heartless old man. He only acts as such in order to better protect those who would act against his often correct predictions.
History: At the age of twenty, Yong took up the supposedly mystic art of fortune telling. He has experienced himself with many forms of the art, from cards and rocks to the alignment of the stars and moon.
It was upon the realization that many of his predictions came out to be true, or very well close to true, that he left his home in order to wander the world in order to make it a better place. Now an elderly man, few people believe his words of advice, chalking it up to dillusions on his part. Despite the harsh words and disdainful attitudes of a large fraction of the populace, he continues to travel to continents, preaching his predictions in hopes that his words reach the ears of those who will heed him.
