I just realised it might also help if more people use the directions of the wind instead of 'right' and 'left'. Not all the time of course, but sometimes it can be confusing when for example somebody says they're attacking the right side/flank of an enemy. Is it right from where they're standing? Or from where the enemies standing? Also, 'right on' could be interpreted as 'dead on' as well as 'on the right side' Yes, I bitch too much

We love it though. Okay, I'm finally going to tackle this battle and do a post. Then losses will be decided. THEN I'll decide a way to make this easier for me to cope with without feeling the need to go kill myself. Not that I'm not enjoying it, I merely lack the hours required to read and respond to everyones posts!!

Cao Xiu, could you please explain where you currently are? Are your units with the other Wei troops, or are you coming from behind the current Wei army? And when you say your archers are firing on me, do you aknowledge that I'm in a clash with Wei troops and that you're thus firing on your own troops as well?

I'm camped behind the forward defences, so there will be a gap between my Lieutenants position and Cao Hong and Zhi, and another between them and Cao Xiu. You say Zilong is behind the Wei lines, which makes you have your back to me at this point, enabling a flanking attack on my part as well as volleys onto your rear units that are still charging. I wrote it as though the Lieutenants took position as you were rounding the position so they watched you outflank, and are now attacking your back, effectively a pincer with only one side responding right now. Does that clear the confusion up?

I get it now. Lol, I didn't even know there was another army behind the main Wei force, guess this battle is getting confusing for everyone ;D
Oh and btw, Zhao Yun himself charged from the flank, not the rear, so you're units would have to be quite close to be able to reach him (seeing that I also posted we stayed out of range during the initial flanking). However, the units I sent the the rear are probably completely within range then.

We all just need to kill off the Wei troops so we can get rewards and get this done with.
