I'll appear with a 'escort' unit a turn or two in.

It is. And if anyone else wants to join in on turn one, I suggest you do so tonight as I'll make my post and start turn two by midnight.

Let's do it then. What Cao force will be my victim?

I'd just like to say that we all need to make sure that everyone is clear of the situation. Both Shu and Wu are trying to attack the same thing, it seems, yet confusion is arising for Cao Cao in replying to the attacks as they are not being coordinated.

If it isn't clear, I'm just going around the Wei army (since I'm assuming they can't block the entire entrance with so few men?) and am currently at the west flank. If that's possible...
And I believe most Wu are attacking Wei head on, most with ranged troops, some in melee, covering most of the battle line (so basically, I believe there's not much room for other generals to 'squeeze' in? Right?). Zhuge is also attacking at the frontline I believe. But perhaps everyone should post what exactly they are doing here? In simple English?

There needs to be use of maps and what not. Or, at least put an Action Summary at the bottom of each post. I have been a battle mod and it sucks to try and read everyones post to get every detail accurate. Way too hard and time consuming.
Anything to make it easier for the other RPers and also the staff. Maps and summaries.

There is a map, just not a very accurate one The summary idea has it's pros and cons. It will be easier for the battle mods to know what's happening, but sometimes small details are quite important to know, especially considering ploys and such...

----[-----Wei-----] -----------[-Wu-] [-Shu-]
I assume this is what it should look like, my Wu forces are already engaging their front line right now.

Ah, I thought Wu spread out a bit more than that, since they posted something about attacking both flanks and the front. And they do have alot of troops...

A small Wu detatchmen is circling around the flank closest, otherwise, we're right on Wei's front.
