So, you’ve seen the effort put into making this site and you’ve come to one of two conclusions. The first is ‘Yes, this is a good site, I think I can help it’ or, the more likely option is you’ll have realised the following ‘Yeah since Steve, Lyle and John have tried so hard I suppose I can lend them a hand.’

Well, if you are the second option then....cool. It’s appreciated dude/et.

Okay, so, what we are looking for are:

• Administrators – We are looking to hire 1 more administrator. The successful applicant will have had lots of experience in running an RPG, will have an optimistic view of how to deal and combat with any issues that come up and will be expected to really help keep everything running along with the others. You will need to be active, but your job will also to really help influence the actual story or the rpg itself, such as being a ruler or a commander of a section that does really well. Anybody can apply to be an Administrator, but first we must be able to trust you, so we are a lot more likely to promote a Global Moderator we know and trust over someone who we have never heard of before.
  
  
• Global Moderators – Global Moderators will be key moderators that can assist in all fields. The requirement are that you are experienced in modding, you have a positive attitude toward site development and that you’re willing to really give something to the other players of the site. Activity is also obviously a key requirement.
  
  
• Battle Moderators – Battle Moderators will primarily be concentrating on the battles that take place on this site. To be a Battle Moderator your basic maths skills will be required, such as addition and subtraction, you’ll need to have knowledge in generic warfare and you’ll have to be able to work well with those who participate in the battle you’re modding. No biasm, although it is physically impossible to have zero biasm, since it exists everywhere, be it political, cultural or just personal – but nothing obscene and you will have to follow the basic laws of strategy and warfare.
  
  
• Moderators – Moderators will basically act as general assistants in the general development of the sits progression. You will be expected to have a basic, general understanding of what to do and what not to do. Follow the rules, be a good example and just generally keep an eye out on things. You will also be expected to help answer peoples questions, to help reward people using the system we have created here and just generally help keep the flow of the site running smoothly. There will be a lot more Moderators than there will be Global Moderators so; it is advised that you have general social skills to be able to communicate with the others if there is a question you need answering for somebody. You know - just general little things that make all the difference to the administration.

Why do you think we should accept you over somebody else: As I am active and have tiem on my hands to help other people.

Either a list of all of your ex positions on sites or just a general overview of your track record in the administration department: I used to manage a teen and graphic site and then I begun the world of roleplaying by going into trek rpg's and even made my own. I currently manage 3 roleplays which are all active and in one fleet, I control not only my own ship, but three others aswell.

A little about you: I am a student studying A-Levels in Law, Sociology, English Combined and Maths and I love roleplaying since I introduved myself to it and I still learn to improve everything I do. I am very committed and also do alot for student council aswell, including my local town council.

Your opinion of the site so far: Fabulous - putting into one word even if I could give you a whole paragraph. As it has done really well already and looking forward for it to grow even more!

Because I really like this site, I think I can make it alot better.

I've been a moderator for more then 7 sites, even if most of them failed, non the less I was a good moderator and an administrator. Most of the sites I have moderated I have been a battle moderator and profile approval person.
Either a list of all of your ex positions on sites or just a general overview of your track record in the administration department:
I started roleplaying at the age of 9 and am still doing it. From Spinface, to real chat, to doll wizard, then to many more forums I have been a friend to everyone. In every site I've been to its been Bleach, Naruto and many other sites such as them. This type of role playing is new to me, but I understand the formula and I think I can be an overall good moderator.

A little about you:
I am 17 years old, I am currently in rolled in two psychology classes. I have a girlfriend that I have been with for 2 years and I love to party!!!

Your opinion of the site so far:
Very good- The Administrators could not be more friendly. They answer any question you have almost instantly. As well as a great community. Even if it is still growing it is one of the best I've seen in a long while.

I've served on three or four ROTK sites as some sort of staff member and at one point founded a forum, though that was so long ago I don't even remember the site's name

I'm a 19 year old student of Salisbury University majoring in Political Science and minoring in History. I love the study of history personally.

I very much enjoy the site. It is great to have a new TORK game to play.
