And now Huo Long had a problem. Should he a) try and bluff his way out or b) move to plan Q and take a hostage with his hidden knife. Choices choices, if you know what he should do then pop your answer on a post card along with 1 dollar and send it to Huo Long now....
And the votes are in, Huo Long is going to attempt to bluff his way out of out. Lets see how he deals with this one folks..
(In a high pitched voice) "Ive been asked to go to the Throne room and deliver some Water for the Lord. However i've gotten myself a little lost teehee"
Huo Long was hoping this would work, if not it would be plan Q and he didnt like Plan Q because it involved a a hostage (who tend to sturggle) and a knife (which he didnt have). Still, it's always worth a shot especially for the prize of a gold hat
(i dont know what i did in the first Paragraph. Just sort of flowed out like that
Edit: Messed up the coding for bold and italics)

((That was hilarious )) Sho Shi was taken back by the mysterious half man, half woman creature's voice. It was nothing short of a squeal, and came out like a small child was talking. Least to say, the odd servant had done well to creep the hell out of Shou Shi. Deciding to act on it's false lie about fetching water for the lord, Shou Shi spoke, [red]"What is the meaning of this? You have no water, and my lord wouldn't hire such an ugly servant!"[/red] With unforeseeable speed Shi grabbed the creature's neck, his grip firm and tight. His palm touched what he felt was an adam's apple, making him quickly detatch his hand from the servant. A man?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?! [red]"Why... what the hell are you.."[/red] o.O

"I was sent to erm do a Order 49, you know what it's like. Oh bugger it. Plan Q" (I'll give you 100 of my gold if you get the referrence)
Huo Long had to think fast, glancing round he couldnt see much that would help him escape. Still, work with what you have
"Hey Pig, think fast"
With that Huo Long threw the only thing he has at Sho Shi, A wooden Spoon and turned and started to run, quickly ditching the high heel as well and preferring to run barefooted. Hoping Sho Shi would mistake the spoon for a knife and go to block allowing him a headstart. After that who knew what would happen
(i need to find a conviently placed worker holding a stack of papers. Hint hint nudge nudge)

(Late I know )
Zhilan had never known anything outside her family, helping them and being everything that her father wanted was just her life…anything outside of that seemed distant and strange. One day she wanted her own life but something in her would not let her have it , the idea was nice yes but that would mean she would have to abandon what she had been living in. Zhilan shook her head “you would like to think he can’t but you’d be surprised” lightly she looked over at him, she was nervous to go back in there and see the man she had seen everyday of her life. Letting out a breath she bit down her lip, this was not going to be fun Quan had so much faith but he really had no idea what her father could be like. Also the fact that her father would see Quan being around her as more of a threat to the power he held over her, that was his least favorite part, well most likely.
“You really don’t have to help me” with that she nodded “I’ll try but there is only so much I can get him to listen to” plus he was talking to the one person it would kill him to listen to. It was simple he had the idea still that women should not be heard, simply that they were items to be looked at, the fact that she would dare speak or do something against him would be intolerable. Even now she could see the anger grow on his face in her mind, the gleam in his eyes as he would finally realize just what his daughter was doing. This was probably the one thing that made him angry, any other reasoning he would have been perfectly fine with and deal with a cool head yet she was a totally different subject. His daughter was his acceptation to the rules that he usually made about anything.
Walking in he asked where her father was and the only thing that ran threw her head was the hope that he was no where close, the fear of all of the people came back into her as soon as she entered the room. Feeling like the eyes were on her, especially the fact that she had walked in with Sun Quan, there was no doubt in her mind that her father would notice sooner then later. Zhilan spotted him out of the corner of her eye, being polite to the other guests and naturally the way his lips moved and the subject matter which he spoke of was most likely to be her. His eyes, the way he looked half disgusted but yet he kept it from playing on his face as to make sure the other men kept there interest perked all of them looked quite wealthy…naturally. Slowly though his eyes fell upon her and the man she stood next to, the look in his eyes hardly looked pleased and somehow Zhilan knew it was not going to go over great after the way he had looked over. Immediately when he came over he looked at his daughter “ah so I see running around with this man was more concerning then doing the duty of which you are meant to fulfill for your father” he looked angry. Grabbing her arm he looked at her, something in her had changed yet she was still scared of him which brought some unknown, twisted assurance to him and he looked at her again. “Now what might you have been talking to him about…” he said tapping his foot lightly as he looked at her knowing she would break any moment. “He offered for me to stay here in Wu…to help him” she said softly, her eyes down cast as she stood there not daring to look at either of them "I said yes..". “Ah as I predicted you are in fact him…” he looked him up and down “you should not make such offered to a foolish girl like her, especially when she is very well mine”. With that he waved his hand, two girls came over “now you my daughter…I think it’s time we went home” he said lightly as he shoved her off with her maids, nodding she bowed. Going with them she looked back and mouthed the words sorry to Sun Quan, before her father turned back around to look at him. “I would prefer, if you were to come by and we iron things out...” he said lightly “Zhilan is my daughter, foolish as she may be”. “I am looking out for her interest” he said, though anyone who knew him would know that he was rather good at lying, it was just trying to make sure all of his interests were still safe in his daughter. “I don’t take you for a foolish man…” he said glaring at him “but lets not try to fill my daughters head with such foolish ideas” with that he started to make his way out before stopping next to him. “You can not change her…” he said a grin played on his face “no matter what you do she will always be wrapped around my fingers, she’s a complete idiot” with that statement he gave a light chuckle. “Do not think yourself so powerful that you could ever get her to change her ways” he shook his head “she believes in me and if I continue to lead her on well…she’ll never give up”. “I do not see the use you can get out of her though…her intelligence goes as far as compassion which is more of a weakness” he smirked “lets face it the only thing my daughter will be good for is perhaps being a wife”. “Even then…she has to be the ugliest girl I’ve ever seen” with that, not even a sign to show that he might not be serious, he left. Naturally he held himself high as he walked out and into the carriage.

Shou Shi made short work of the flying spoon, his hand coming up high and brushing it off like it was but a pint sized fly.. Did he really think he'd get away? That such tricks would provide him an honest living? What was the point of living such a way.. Then again, it was Shi's job to chase after him.. 'Oh well' Shi sighed and then began to give chase, his pace much faster than the man he was running down.
[red]"Stop, in the name of lord Sun Quan I promise you shall not escape this palace!"[/red] The pair rounded a corner, Shou Shi still trying to catch up. Suddenly however he noticed a man walking around, oddly carrying a large collection of stacked papers. The thief, or whatever the hell the impostor was- seemed to be heading for a dead-on collision with the paperboy.
“lets face it the only thing my daughter will be good for is perhaps being a wife” Sun Quan wasn't even looking at the bumbling man, his eyes falling upon the silhouette of Jia as she walked off. Even still, he admired her beauty. Could she really be related to this... well, this man? “Even then…she has to be the ugliest girl I’ve ever-” Deciding he'd had enough of pretending to listen on to the man, Quan lifted his hand and hushed the intolerant and stubborn man. His words were quick, as he was already walking after the girl as he said them, [red]"I'm sorry but you will have to excuse me, I cannot waste anymore time with you."[/red]
Quan had made his mind up before he'd even entered the room, no matter what, Zhilan, whom he'd just met tonight would get her decision. And it would be final. An old tyrant of a man and stately etiquette would not deter him, either.
[red]"Zhilan! Wait!"[/red] Sun Quan called out to the girl, his eyes clearly expressing his worry at seeing her almost ready to enter her carriage. She couldn't leave, not with the way she was acting earlier.. Quan had said he'd help her through this. He'd promised.
Down by the carriage a few guards gathered, blocking off it's exit after clearly seeing their lord did not want it to leave just yet.
[red]"Zhilan.."[/red] Quan gazed at the girl again, his breath a little heavy after running down the steps as fast as he could. Quan exhaled sharply and then carried on, his voice soft. [red]"Why.. why are you leaving? I thought you wanted to stay? The word of your father cannot change how you feel, no?"[/red] The Wu lord extended his hands and grasped the girls; he pulled her closer in. [red]"And this, probably sounds foolish of me, but I'm afraid if I see you go now I will never get to see you again."[/red]

Huo Long was running down the corridor as fast as he could, oblivious to anything bar what was ahead. Then he spotted it, a man emerged round a corner carrying a stack of papers, a plan was forming but would it work
"Victory is mine, i think"
Huo Long readied himself, slowing down slightly and as he passed the man he raised his right hand (passing the man on his left) and knocked the Papers out of the mans hand and with a quick pivot he brought his left hand round and placed the man in a rear head lock (I'm sure it has a technical name) and brought a piece of particularly sharp and nasty looking paper up to the mans throat by its edge and shouted to the pursuers
"Stop or else i will give this man the worse damn paper cut you have ever seen and he will be in pain for the next few weeks"
This had to rank up with one of the dumbest plans in the history of plans but hey, if it worked then who really cared
(not great but i'm busy at the moment lol)

Slowly the male shifted into the main room. A man had someone in a head lock. This confused him greatly of course.
A mask covered his face, a scar across his left eye. The uniform was a black and a red sash across his hips. Two commando's were on the side of him dressed the same way. The only thing that could distinct him as the leader was he had on two twin swords and the sash that he had, had a black stripe. Head shifted toward the left, looking at the male who had a paper boy in a head lock, threatening to give him a paper cut. "Put him down..." He said just loud enough for the male to hear it, the commando's on his sides getting ready to throw their hidden knifes.

Zhilan walked with her maids one looked at her, a curious look painted on her face as the girl walked. "Milady...are you alright?" she asked very simply as she glanced over at her lade for a moment. Looking at her Zhilan nodded "I'm a little shaken but it's just another day" she said looking behnd her again, biting her lip softly as she did. Somehow now she had to keep reminding herself the reason she was doing this was because she loved her father, she had to remind herself that she could not go back. Plus it was better this way, after all then Sun Quan would not have to worry about her and plus she was just a women he had met at a late night party.
It was better this way, she thought to herself and shook her head for a moment, it was so stupid of her to think something like that meeting could change things. She was her fathers daughter, that was it and even after he died that would be what she would remain. Quan could win this war without her and she did wish him the best of luck, it was not as if he would miss one person such as herself. Leaving had become some what of a routine for her, then again a part of her knew she could not blame it all on her father. Someone wanted to come in and question the things she did, rather then let her live in a fools happiness, it scared her to say the least.
In her mind as she set a foot lightly on the stair to get in the carriage she heard a name...why was she imagining him calling for her, was she really going that crazy? Though the facial expressions on her two maids said different, they both seemed very confused and looked out to see who had said that. Zhilan did not want to belive that he had come for her...what was he thinking? How would he look running after a girl like her? Something in her kept telling her it wasn't really...simply because no one had ever chased after her, no one that she had really met in her life time had she meant that much to.
Seeing the carriage blocked off, Zhilan released her hand from the man who was helping her into it, her eyes wide from relization. Why...? It was not as if there were not people like her that he could have for his army, she was sure there were people like her. He did not know her, the monster that she thought herself to be at every mistake and foolish choice she made. Zhilan could hear her mothers soft voice in her head, as if to guide her...the locket on her neck seemed to mean more now then ever.
Turning her head as she heard her name again, she looked at him "Quan what are you-" pausing she did not know what to say, her eyes were soft. The moonlight made them shine as she looked at him, wondering why he was here...why he had chased someone like her to this place. "I...I want to stay but I have...obligations" Zhilan said looking at him and biting her lip, nervous about this. "They did't...I owe him though...he's my father" everything in her eyes said a story of sympathy for the man she called her father. Feeling his hands go for hers she nearly froze and fell over right there, she wasn't use to this in the least bit.
He expressed his worry and again Zhilan was shocked, people did not say stuff like that to her and now a man stood in front of her wanting to prove them all wrong. "I..." thinking about it she knew that she would have to make a decision, it tore her apart to know that she had to choose. A situation like this she never had imagined in her wildest of dreams, never had it occured to her that someone could care this much. What was she meant to do? Torn between her want for something more and to fulfill the promis she had made to her father.
By this time her father had walked out of the palace, remaining with his composure as he walked the scene in front of him, tapping his chin lightly he thought about it. If she stayed here, his old would not loosen oh no he thought that to hardly be true then again she would think him to be a kinder man. That always meant she was more likely to do things for him, if he pretended that was that somewhere in his body there was a heart. Plus it wouldn't of been to bad of a game huh? Make a sort of sport out of it.
Walking past them he got into the carriage that was before glancing over, his daughter looked at him "...I can't have you breaking promises daughter...stay with him...do not think that my hold will disappear". With a light glare at Sun Quan he shut the door, smirking as he sat on the inside, his fingers linked together as he thought about his plan. This could bring him fame, his name would grow and as would his riches after a while, how delightful. His power would grow with the decision his ugly and foolish daughter had made. Not to bad of a deal he thought.
Zhilan looked back at him "I..." she wasn't sure what to say her father had just given her this and well that did not happen usually. Then again he could of been trying for once to show he cared, it was hard for her to tell, with that he left her with Sun Quan. "You shouldn't of been so worried" she said looking at him and managing a small smile "you would of saw me again after all its not like I would of disappeared off the face of the planet". "I just...want to know why..." looking at him she was being honest "I'm just a girl you happen to have met..." brushing her hair behind her ear she looked at him. "Why care so much about someone like me?" Zhilan was still a bit shocked from what had happened.
